    Oral pathology resident Dr. Allison Lee was awarded two significant honors - the Shafer Award from the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and the dental school's Clinical Graduate Research Award.

    The Texas A&M School of Dentistry dental hygiene program, and its students past and present, were celebrated at a luncheon April 26 at the Arts District Mansion in downtown Dallas. The theme for this year’s event was Decades of Dazzling Smiles, and members of the class of 1974 were the guests of honor.

    A longtime tradition was brought back April 10 with the revival of the School of Dentistry talent show. TAMSOD’s Got Talent brought together 13 acts and 23 performers for a night of entertainment at Beasley Auditorium.

    Texas A&M School of Dentistry hosted the class of 1974 for their 50th reunion April 19. The alumni toured campus, met current students and were treated to lunch.
