Smiles we remember: Dr. Loy Frazier

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of former faculty member Dr. Loy Frazier on Dec. 6. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Dr. Frazier taught physiology at what was then Baylor College of Dentistry and was later honored as professor emeritus in the Department of Biomedical Sciences.
