Events tout wellness

Health and wellness promotion grabbed the spotlight during recent events at Texas A&M College of Dentistry.

The Fall 2021 Wellness Walk on Oct. 20 encouraged staff, faculty and students to step outside, enjoy the nice weather and add some movement to their day on a walk around Dallas’ Exall Park. Participants received a free T-shirt courtesy of the Staff Advisory Council.

Go Pink brought a colorful splash to campus Oct. 21 during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Staff Advisory Council encouraged everyone to show their support by wearing pink, “… including those in the clinics with pink scrubs, a pink T-shirt with scrub bottoms or just pink accessories.” Check out more photos from the event in the College of Dentistry’s Flickr album.
