First impressions matter

Texas A&M College of Dentistry’s Student National Dental Association (SNDA) held its annual Impressions Day event on Saturday, March 1.

It serves as an opportunity to introduce students interested in pursuing a career in dentistry to the college’s standards of academic excellence, trailblazing research, and community-centered care and service. The event features informative learning sessions and immersive experiences, like mock dental school interviews and taking dental impressions.

Students from Texas A&M University, Prairie View A&M University, the University of Texas at Dallas, the University of Texas at Arlington, the University of Texas at El Paso, the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, the University of North Texas, Sam Houston State University, Texas Tech University, the University of Houston—Clear Lake, Tyler Junior College, Wharton County Junior College, and Lamar University attended the event.
