Dr. Paul C. Dechow, Regents professor emeritus in biomedical sciences at Texas A&M College of Dentistry, was recently elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. College of Dentistry now validates patient parking passes at the main clinic  

Effective immediately, Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas now validates parking tickets at the clinic education building at 3000 Gaston Ave., east of downtown Dallas. Validation is provided at checkout at the end of each patient’s appointment.   “To show our appreciation for choosing the dental college for oral health care, we provide patients with one validation parking pass per day,” said Dr. Jennifer J. College of Dentistry continues to support healthy smiles with MHA grant

More than 600 students in Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District and some in the surrounding communities have been seen this semester, thanks to a $210,000 grant that allows Texas A&M College of Dentistry faculty and students to provide dental health education, screenings, oral health kits and oral health care, including sealants, on 10 campuses during the 2025-26 school year. Crump named secretary/treasurer of American Academy of Periodontology

Dr. Brad Crump, an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Texas A&M College of Dentistry’s periodontics department, was recently elected secretary/treasurer of the American Academy of Periodontology, a one-year term, ascending to the role of president over the next four years. The organization represents nearly 7,500 periodontists.
